Frequently asked questions

How are the collections arranged?

Two ways, on purpose. By world first: a town, a dimension, a creature, a character. By kind of object next: apparel, accessories, decor, figures. The same product often sits in several collections, and that is normal: whether you arrive through Eddie Munson or through the T-shirts, you land on the same item.

How do I know if an item will fit?

Every product page gives the material, the dimensions and, for clothing, the flat measurements: chest width and length, not just a letter. A size M is not cut the same way by two makers. The surest move is still to measure a piece you already own and compare.

How long until my order arrives?

Allow 7 to 12 business days between the confirmation of your order and the arrival of the parcel. That window covers preparation, within two business days, and shipping. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. The cost depends on the destination and is shown before you pay: nothing is added after the order. Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Items must come back complete and fit to be sold again. Return shipping is yours to pay, the original shipping cost is refunded, and the refund is made at the latest fourteen days after we get the parcel back. The steps are on the Returns and refunds page.

Where do I start if I am looking for a gift?

Go by the character rather than the kind of object: that is what the person will recognize first. If you hesitate, the gift sets gather the safe bets, and the character files tell you in two minutes who is who.
