European Union: free
United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States: 6,90 €
Loss or theft insurance may be offered as an option at checkout.
Costs are shown before payment. Nothing is added after the order.

Times
7 to 12 business days between confirmation and receipt (preparation within 2 business days + transit).
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. Check spam first, then contact@strangerthings-shop.fr.

Damaged or unreceived parcel
Give precise reservations to the carrier on receipt, then email. “Subject to unpacking” is not enough.
