Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason for your decision.

How to exercise this right

Write to us at contact@strangerthings-shop.fr before the fourteen-day period expires, by an unambiguous statement. Give your order number and the items concerned.

The return address is sent to you by email in reply to your request. Do not ship anything before you have received it: a parcel sent back to an unconfirmed address can get lost.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned complete, in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale: clothes not worn and not washed, tags in place, objects in their original packaging. Your liability may be engaged in case of depreciation resulting from handling other than what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return fees

Return shipping is at your expense, in accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code. The original shipping fees, for their part, are refunded to you.

Refund

The refund is issued no later than fourteen days after recovery of the goods, or after proof of their shipment, by the same payment method used for the order.

Legal warranty

Independently of the withdrawal right, you have the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions set by law.
