How are the collections organized?
Two ways, on purpose. By universe first: a town, a dimension, a creature, a character. By type of item next: clothing, accessories, decor, figures. So the same product often shows up in several collections, and that's normal: whether you come in through Eddie Munson or through the T-shirts, you land on the same item.
How do I know whether an item will suit me?
Every product page gives the material, the dimensions and, for clothing, the flat measurements: chest width and length, not just a letter. A size M is not cut the same way by two different makers. The safest approach is still to measure a garment you already own and compare.
How long does delivery take?
Count on 7 to 12 business days between confirmation of your order and receipt of the parcel. This time covers preparation, within two business days, and transit. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Costs depend on the destination and are shown before payment: no amount is added after the order. Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Items must come back complete and in a condition to be resold. Return shipping is at your expense, the original shipping fees are refunded to you, and the refund is issued no later than fourteen days after the parcel is recovered. Where do I start if I'm looking for a gift?
Go through the character rather than the type of item: that's what the person will recognize first. If you're torn, the gift boxes bring together the safe bets, and the character profiles tell you who's who in two minutes.
